Shipping and Delivery Time

Since we use different vendors and service customers from all over the world, shipping times will vary. Generally, processing an item for shipment usually takes place around 1-3 days with expected delivery of no later than 30 days of purchase. Multiple items will usually ship and arrive at different times as well. 

Also, due to the global pandemic going on, shipping and delivery times may take longer than usual.

Many countries have custom laws/prevention of items being sent from other countries. We are not responsible for extra fees, hold times or any verification that is needed for customs verifications.

Lost Items

Packages that are lost by any parcel service will receive a full refund and/or replacement item(s) as soon as proof is provided tha courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.


We are able to change the address at any time before the order has been processed. Once an order has been placed, we can't change the address.

We are not responsible for missing and undelivered packages that occurred because of incorrect or misspelling name or address but we try our best to correct the issue when notified in a prompt time before the order has been processed.


Cancellations can be maybe prior to the items being processed. Once an item(s) has been processed, cancellations can't be made.
